We meet every Wednesday between 6.30-7.30pm for a coached training session.

Between Weds 7th October – Weds 31st March 2027, sessions will be held at the Swansea University track SA2 8QG.

Through the Summer, we train at various locations around Swansea and Gorseinon. We let members know where the next session will be in advance.
